You’ll begin with a full body warmup to get your blood flowing. Bri will then lead you through a series of dance moves involving your full body. Once you’re in the fat burning zone, you’ll max it out with some lunges and burpees. Finally, you’ll cool down with full body stretches and breathing exercises.

You’ll be led through follow-along rhythmic choreography — no prior dance experience is needed and all levels are welcome.
