Really great and challenging class! Niki was motivating and encouraging. As a runner, this class is a good blend of treadmill speedwork, sled demos, and weights training. So glad Rumble introduced a HIIT training-focused studio!

I’ve been regularly attending Bobbie Jo’s classes, and I have to say… this is by FAR the strongest I’ve felt in my entire life. I’ve NEVER had upper body strength- kind of wrote it off as a possibility for me to be honest- but her classes have completely changed that. My goal is to use 15 pounds as the “medium” weight by the end of 2023 and I know I will get there!

Jill is a really great instructor! The class is physically challenging but it isn’t too challenging to learn the boxing moves. I like the mixture of boxing with other aerobic and anaerobic exercise. My only complaint is the space is kind of cramped by the benches side of the room, I felt like the studio could be set up better for working out in a group and as a just 5’8” person i felt like i was bumping into things. All in all, it’s a really great idea for a workout class, it’s perfect for a full body workout and it’s fun and easy to learn and to follow.

WOW WOW WOW. This instructor is insane. Easily the best training class I’ve ever taken at Rumble bc this guy knows how to program this class format. Every single Rumble coach should be required to take a training class with Floods before they’re allowed to teach bc he actually does it right. Comprehensive, challenging, engaging, communicative, detailed, thorough and leaves you toasted! Please have him on the night Training schedule at the UES more. He deserves it.

This instructor is so fun. The class was pretty empty and they still had us sit right next to each other on these bikes that are so close, which I didn’t love. The woman next to me and I accidentally bumped elbows a few times doing push ups—seems like something that could easily be avoided if they just spread everyone out more of the room is pretty bare anyway.

This class was HARD!! I liked that Mariela gave a really thorough intro/demo to the circuits before we did anything, and she had an assistant in the room to guide with form/timings/etc. I would’ve liked a bit more help in terms of modifications, as I found some of the moves got too difficult as the class progressed. Classic (45 Mins)

First time taking Nick’s class and I aboslutely loved it. Would take it more often, but please tell that one rider to stop screaming throughout the class. I’m all for involvement and encouragement, but that was a lot. Thanks! (:

Anna is a great instructor! Very welcoming, friendly and helpful during the class especially for a first timer. I had a great time and will be back for sure!
