I loved that everything could be modified for those with injuries. Our coach (Keith) was very high energy and went around checking form and providing feedback. Probably the best kick boxing class I’ve found in Orlando thus far - will definitely be back!

The music was 10/10 and Jose gave a very warm welcome as if he knew me for years. He also taught me the proper way to do everything before allowing me to jump into the circuit for the day.
