She timed and managed the 50min class to perfection and it was a perfectly balanced, full-body session. Will definitely return when I am back in the area.

Our trainer, Angel was super patient and informative throughout our entire session. The facility was clean and spacious, with energy pumping music flowing through the space. The workout was energetic and I loved the various station rotations. I will definitely be back to take more classes!
