I knew I could take it 💪🏻.. and it was intense, tough, people screamed in class, all true.. but for me, it was worth it ! I believe pain brings progress.. but also important to know how much is too much. abi knew that , and so, I know I have progressed 😇

The students were taught ‘look sour’, ‘single doubles’, ‘chi sour’, and straight punch- hook punch-elbow strike combos on pads. Before the partner puts up the pads, we track his/her movement, the same way we would track our enemies. However, as soon as the pads are up, we switch the focus on them, imagining the pads are the enemy’s head and arm. This is to simulate the enemy slipping the head and attacking you, something boxers and wrestlers frequently do. The final challenge was to close eyes whilst the partner circled around and gave ques to attack. Because L. Hehan is old and weak, he was unable to neutralize his enemies’ incoming forces, except the young lady who was half his size lol. L. Hehan prays that as he practices, he shall improve :(
