She has a beautifully rare blend of providing motivation, safely pushing you to your max while not being annoying or corny. The vibe is always fun and a GREAT cardio workout - amidst an industry that sometimes forgets how important this component is (vs. strength training only). Before you know it, the workout is done, you feel incredible and the rest of the day is yours.

I did speak with someone in the phone who tried to help but she also couldn’t get a hold of the instructor inside. I missed the class as a result. They did offer that I attend another class
