Keep in mind there is zero breakdown of the routine- you just follow along as best you can but don’t worry, you’ll have fun and SWEAT even if you’re just vibing.

For all the millennials out there who appreciate throwback hip hop you’ll love these playlists. While it’s not always the best workout/ not very high intensity it’s so fun and Lindsey had great energy. Please give it a try as the more folks the better! I hope it grows!
