The teacher, Taylor’s energy was infectious. Enjoyed taking choreography from the top with different songs with similar tempo. I left the class feeling INVINCIBLE!!!

She has a beautifully rare blend of providing motivation, safely pushing you to your max while not being annoying or corny. The vibe is always fun and a GREAT cardio workout - amidst an industry that sometimes forgets how important this component is (vs. strength training only). Before you know it, the workout is done, you feel incredible and the rest of the day is yours.

Melissa gave modifications for everything and it made me feel less self conscious about returning back to the gym world. Would definitely come back!
