alle Bewertungen anzeigenGreat circuit! It can be overwhelming if it’s your first time but it’s pretty straightforward. Just follow the workout on the TV the you move/rotate after the timer. The trainer is also walking around checking form and ensuring you’re doing it right. They do a demonstration of the workout in the beginning.

Every single thing I did in that class was new to me, but it was all so easy to understand and Kellen’s coaching was so thorough and I felt like he was asking all the right questions trying to really understand what I want to get out of the workout. I really like that it’s not just a workout it’s basically a personal training session. I will for sure be coming back here and telling my friends about this place!

Her playlists are always so good, the flow feels intentional, and she does an amazing job cueing movements so you feel challenged but still successful. I always leave feeling stronger, more grounded, and in a noticeably better mood (and SWEATY). Happy to have found such a great way to start my Sundays!

He asked about any injuries in the beginning of the class and made sure to help make adjustments to avoid aggravating my injury and instead strengthen the surrounding muscles. He also checked in on everyone and helped tweak form throughout the class. Then at the end he provided some helpful tips to help with strengthening, further injury prevention, and recovery. Highly recommend!

Barre 45 at ATD is a great workout that will get your heart rate up while also focus on form to keep your body healthy. She had a super cute poem at the end about Daffodils that really lifted my spirit. The studio was comfortable but I will say the sound quality was somewhat poor. I had a good workout, the location is convenient, and will be back!
