    Lower Body Circuit

Room is not big but has a good variety of equipments (stair climbers, ski machines, treadmills, air bikes, squat stands, etc.). Love the structure of the class (7-min rounds of different workouts) it makes you busy and not bored. I’m a beginner for fitness classes and this is challenging but not impossible as you can use lighter weights. Tracy checked in with me a few times during the class knowing I’m new, teaching me how to use equipments, the right postures and the right muscles to use.

Always enjoy going to F45. Classes are quick (45 minutes) and really push you. Leah is an amazing coach! Really gets me to go harder when I am about to give up on myself. Thank you!

Class is 2 rounds of 9 different workouts (each workout is 40s on, 20s off, 40s on, 20s off). Combination of core/strength training and HIIT. Good variety of exercises and equipments used. Instructor is very welcoming and patient and kindly showed me how to do each workout and corrected my posture.

Kate was awesome! She helped walk me through some of the exercises that I was struggling to figure out form-wise. I usually do at-home programs but have no ability to get feedback on what I need to adjust so this experience was great. Def recommend, I took the strength class and lord am I feeling the burn😭😭

Super friendly encouraging environment. Great instructors, great music, I like that it’s customizable. Some days I come in tired so I might not want to push as hard so I like that Pallis allows you to do what your body needs while still pushing you! Definitely will be back! :)

    HIIT (Total Body)

HIIT workout was fine and effective and easy to follow, but not very creative or nuanced. Instructor super friendly and warm greeting but as class started she kind of just faded away at times. I know HIIT isn’t AF’s calling card but adding an element of in-workout challenge/targets or finishers into the class programming might make it more exciting in future.

    Outdoor Stairs Workout

this class was SO fun i would’ve never known about these stairs if it wasn’t for this and it was so nice being outside. the stair sequence was simple but KILLER and the arms/abs were acc a nice break from it. only reason i gave it 4 stars was because it was mainly self managed and the instructor was also doing the class so i feel it should cost less credits
