Doors open 15 minutes before class. Please maintain social distancing on arrival and let the instructor know your name at reception so you're checked in before class. No late entry permitted.

Members must bring their own Towel and non- glass water bottle for Mat Classes (Towels can be hired at the studio for $2), Members must bring their own Grip Socks for Reformer Classes (These can be purchased for $18)
