Everyone there was very welcoming and Sid was great at leading the exercise and allowing for adjustments if there was any movements my body wasn’t happy about. One thing, however, was during the last 5 min of shavasana it was really difficult to concentrate on the meditation when I could hear conversations between staff and clients right outside which was annoying.
