They focus on Cross Fit and very flexible with everyone’s schedules. Warm ups are offered on your own and you can add whatever else you need. You may need explanations from the teacher for each one. The actual workout itself is done together with the class and involves a combo of strength and some cardio work. There is no class cool down but you can stay longer to stretch on your own. There are showers to rinse off at.
