It was my first time taking her class and she took care to remember my name, helped fix my form, and was very welcoming and kind. Class was hot but your body adjusts to it quickly. You work up a great sweat!

They seem to constantly be switching the layout of the actual gym section and sometimes the personal training sessions take up real estate on the floor but usually there are plenty of machines weights etc open. Would recommend for the spa amenities alone, so beautiful + always end up spending most of my time there!

Recently, she has been including an arm balancing series that is challenging but fun and doable with practice. Highly recommend! It's unfortunate that I'm moving otherwise this would be my regular Tuesday morning class.

The space is very clean and spacious so you’re not on top of your neighbor. My only thing would be to add another minute or two for shavasana at the end since it’s a heat intensive class.
