I’m more of a cardio girly so I don’t have the strongest arms and I’m not the best with choreo by any means, but ametrius is extremely helpful and has a way of making the class 1. Fun 2. Challenging and 3. Motivating! It’s easy to see yourself mess up/ look funny and to stop, but ametrius has a way of not making you feel embarrassed and motivating you to keep going. I really recommend taking this class!

Instructor was amazing and kicked my butt. Definatley would reccomend this gym and will try other classes. I went to this gym with previous experiance but I am sure a beginner would be able to take this class.

She’s really good at organizing the workouts so you can go at your own pace and she gave options to make it more challenging, more comfortable, and easier on certain joints/knees if needed.
