Although not what I was expecting, I really liked that it was different than a traditional vinyasa flow! It had a good mix of challenging moves like pistol squat variations and slowed down movements and stretches. Would come again!

His breathwork sequence is really great and pushes you in the best way possible. Heading into the optional sauna, cold plunge, and hot tub experience afterwards is the perfect add on. You get that solo, reflective time during the breathwork class, and then can shift into being social after. Such a great way to wind down from the work week!

The instructor gave clear cues using the Sanskrit pose names, so even if you don’t have the order of poses memorized, you can follow along. Sometimes she was demonstrating and sometimes giving hands-on adjustments, which she was really good at, especially with students she knows well. The instructor’s demeanor was friendly and encouraging. The description of how to find the space and where to park was super helpful!

alle Bewertungen anzeigenI loved this yoga fit class! It was like bodyweight-based strength-building exercises that use repetitions or variations on traditional yoga poses. The instructor offered variations for different levels, no hands on adjustments. The music was high energy, there was a warm-up, the sequence of exercises with explanations at a slower pace, followed by repeating the sequence at a faster pace. The location is great, and the space itself is a little unusual as an L-shape studio, but worked really well for our 6 person class. It is super sweet that there are chocolates or granola bars available for afterward.
