We mostly used the tower which was good for a change and felt pretty challenging. The instructor explained all the moves so it was good. The only thing that was interesting is that there are only 2 chairs in the studio so we all did some different exercises while 2 other people were using the chairs and then we switched (it was just a small part of the class but I never experienced it as usually there is a chair for every person in other studios, so you all do the same moves at the same time). Overall, I liked the class!

The combination of hot and cold felt both exhilarating and relaxing. I left feeling amazing and slept so well. The staff advised me to immerse my entire body completely with just my face above water. I was able to do it for a few seconds and several tries. One needs to do some deep breathing and meditation while you’re in there to withstand the freezing water temperature. Definitely not for everyone to enjoy but it’s an experience. Staff was very friendly and informative.

I was guided to a room after I chose which vitamins I would like in my IV bag, and I was greeted with comfortable lounging massage chairs, a tv setup with cable/hulu/netflix, a cute trendy wall, blankets & pillows, and a button to summon someone from the other room if necessary. The nurse came in shortly after and did a very good job with the needle (I have no bruising or pain) and was quick and efficient. My bag drained in about 30 minutes and the nurse came back promptly to remove everything. I would be happy to return here and would definitely recommend to my friends! 10/10.
