The music really helped keep us going, and some of those holds were absolutely killer! A fantastic full-body workout that left me feeling like I’d earned every minute of it. I’ll definitely be back!

alle Bewertungen anzeigenIt was really enjoyable. It was my first time ever but I felt very comfortable since everyone was very supportive and the teacher was really helpful. The class size isn’t too big so everyone had individual support. We went through a range of different moves and routines. The pace was great, we had enough time to go through things by ourselves. Lovely teacher ❤️
