Boxing can be intimidating sometimes but the people in the class and the coach made me feel so welcomed. Personal and effective - truly deserves to be called Elite! As a reformer girlie, I enjoyed every moment of it even though cardio isn’t my thing. Oh and did I mention the 3 x doggos who keep watch over you to make sure you don’t miss a single jab 🥊

Arleta’s gym is very female friendly (not that it matters) and it’s so nice to start the week with a spicy boxing class with a bunch of nice ladies 🤩I feel strong and empowered.
