Most people are barefoot, and the floor is like a linoleum, so I’d recommend grippy socks if you’re used to carpet floors. Breathwork at the very end was a nice touch.

She encourages the workout to stay fun and energized. The workout environment itself is edgy and has very dim lighting with red lighting and high intense music playing throughout. Just the type of zone to focus on yourself and keep at it. Definitely recommend checking it out.

I used to live in Portland close to this studio so it’s good to have ClassPass to be able to go back easily when I’m back visiting here. Last time I was here they had replaced the floor with a spongy floor- the regular floor is back! So glad to see that.

Barre3 style seems to have more cardio than Pure Barre, so it just depends what you like more. Still lots of great series with holds and pulses!!

Brenna was so welcoming and walked me through what to expect, showed me around and made sure I felt comfortable and had everything I’d need for my first class! The lobby is great with locker spaces and keys readily available to store your stuff! Also saw they had a little play area for kids. Bathrooms were nice and clean, too. Overall great vibes! Kasiah was awesome. She had great music and her routine flowed really nicely. Also, she has such a great voice for the mic! She was energizing and motivating throughout as class built, but then calming and soothing at the end so we could zen out with some guided breathing and stretching. I would have never guessed that she is a newer instructor, she was very cool and confident! Also loved that she took the time to check in with each person during class. Very attentive. She was awesome!

Then when I was leaving, the front desk person gave me a little gift of epsom salt, since it was my first time there and I’d mentioned I’d gotten sore after my first ever barre class. If I lived closer, I would make this my home studio and just go there independent of ClassPass.

She provided excellent motivation and energy throughout the session. Although the workout was challenging for me, I left the class feeling very proud of what I accomplished.
