alle Bewertungen anzeigenGreat classes. The movements are adaptable to different fitness levels, and the structure keeps each session flowing while still challenging you. Doriam is very knowledgeable and creative in how the movements are designed. Even when a session focuses on specific muscle groups, you still end up working your major muscle groups while keeping your heart rate elevated. I already work out regularly and run, but I had been stuck at a plateau. Over the last 4-5 months, these classes and such variety helped me break through it. They strengthened my weaker areas, improved my overall strength & balance, and helped reduce injuries. I also noticed my VO2 max increase by about 1 to 2 points, positive improvement in cardiovascular fitness. I would recommend these classes to anyone, from beginners to active people looking to push past a plateau.💪🤸♂️🤸♀️

alle Bewertungen anzeigenThis session had me feeling the burn 😩😮💨but in the best way possible. Every part of the workout was intense and challenging. I definitely felt pushed, but it was so worth it. The instructor, Sydney was amazing, so motivating and encouraging, clear with directions, and really made me want to push through even when it got tough. Overall, it was an intense but rewarding session and I’m already looking forward to the next one.

Workout was beginner friendly and was easy to modify to make more challenging or less challenging. Facility was easy to find. Plenty of free street parking. Everyone in the class was welcoming.
