I felt my deep core in every single move. I was lost in the beginning of the class, not sure what we were supposed to be doing but after the warm up the instructor was very hands on with corrections and descriptions.

She has little reminders through the class to engage your core, sit up straight, breathe. It’s always right when you need it. Shes an amazing instructor. The space is so beautiful! The branding is GORGEOUS. It’s such a beautiful studio.
