The studio is usually really warm and it was hot, but it definitely wasn’t so warm that you couldn’t breathe as sometimes it gets. Want to add this Saturday class to my rotation. Samantha as a teacher is exactly what I love about a good hot yoga class: clear cues on postures, firm and grounding warm up flow and then brings the energy for sun salutations/standing portion of class and has a steady relaxing wind down into savasana. It was difficult, and I genuinely was not sure I could keep up. What changed everything was the instructors. Every single one has been encouraging, professional, and welcoming, and they ask about injuries at the start of every class. I was recovering from a knee injury, and they were always conscious of it, offering adjustments so I could still get a great workout. Every instructor here is amazing, and the studio makes you feel like you belong from day one. I do not know how I lived so long without JETSET Pilates in my life. I don’t usually believe the instructor when they say the class will be spicy but this one truly was. The instructor pushed us hard but in the best way, she helped the newer students and provided form corrections when needed. I will 100% be doing another class with her she was great!

I actually stopped going because the instructors spoke and transitioned through the moves so quickly that I was worried I might hurt myself. By the time I corrected my form and settled into one move, we were already moving on to the next. I would leave feeling stressed and worked up, and it took me about six months to give it another try. Julia’s class was amazing! Every movement felt intentional, and she gave us plenty of time to correct our form and fully settle into each move before transitioning to the next. You could feel every bit of the workout without feeling rushed. I wasn’t stressed trying to keep up, and I didn’t leave feeling wired or overwhelmed. Her pacing made the class feel both effective and safe.

It seemed Beverly she had 10 sets of eyes because she was always keeping her eyes on everyone to correct form all around the room! She definitely made you sweat and shake in the best ways. This was one of the hardest workouts I have done, coming from someone who does it 2-4 times a week. It was so clean inside and all the girls were so welcoming. One thing I would say is to dim the lights from the entrance or get curtains to block out the light from the classroom. The room space itself is gorgeous overlooking the water and fountains.
