I have fallen back in love with strength training because of the way inferno makes classes simultaneously intense AND fun. The playlists always go SO hard, and the instructors are super motivating. So excited for all the new class types being offered, such an amazing gym!!!!!

The studio is usually really warm and it was hot, but it definitely wasn’t so warm that you couldn’t breathe as sometimes it gets. Want to add this Saturday class to my rotation. Gorgeous studio and good vibe.

I recently moved to west Palm and have been struggling to find a hot mat class that would challenge me how I was previously used to. The other instructors I’ve tried here have been great, but I definitely have modified moves and weights to make the workouts more challenging. Today, I actually had to modify a move to make it less challenging. So happy I found her !

I don’t usually believe the instructor when they say the class will be spicy but this one truly was. The instructor pushed us hard but in the best way, she helped the newer students and provided form corrections when needed. I will 100% be doing another class with her she was great!

It seemed Beverly she had 10 sets of eyes because she was always keeping her eyes on everyone to correct form all around the room! She definitely made you sweat and shake in the best ways. This was one of the hardest workouts I have done, coming from someone who does it 2-4 times a week. It was so clean inside and all the girls were so welcoming. I absolutely loved it and will be back! 5 stars for me!!! 💞💞

Her form cueing, her energy, her on hands adjustments, and not making anyone feel bad for getting help. This is the energy I need in the morning. She’s by far the expert in the room and makes me fix my form in ways I never knew! [Solidcore] has been so impressive compared to other Pilates studios I’ve tried! This class and instructor is a must try!
