He was professional, engaging and attentive, had very clear instructions, a super good Playlist that added to the incredible energy and made the class fun. It definitely was a challenge and I liked that Drew offered modifications if we needed any. I would recommend giving PIT a try...come ready to work, sweat, and repeat.

Within 15 minutes, I could already feel my muscles working, and by the end of the 45-minute session, I was completely spent—but in the best way. It was such a fun and intense booty workout that left me sore for an entire week (no exaggeration!). Chellie’s energy, expertise, and encouragement made the whole experience so enjoyable, even when my legs felt like jelly. If I could train with her three times a week, I know I’d be looking amazing in no time. Can’t wait for my next session—Chellie absolutely rocks!

I used to be a hybrid runner/weight lifter however I am training for a marathon and have been focusing solely on running. This was a great change of scenery and I am sure this will help me with my running. Both of the coaches today were motivational and attentive. I will be back.

I was the last in line I was constantly running behind the two others in my class and most exercises had one or two machines . So when the other two ppl would finish they would quickly move to the next leaving me behind and unable to do my reps if I didnt want to be left behind. On the bright side it’s a beautiful gym. Great machines and very nice.

We used small weights and a ball. Not the class I was expecting, but the instructions were clear and the instructor made sure everyone was safe. :-). So… not a true stretch class.
