With her instruction, I was able to be completely present in the moment and felt incredibly refreshed after class. She is encouraging, informative, and cares to make sure your form is correct. She offers modifications to make the class more or less challenging. Low pressure atmosphere where you can really grow and feel sure that you are just as entitled to the space as anyone else.
