The studio is usually really warm and it was hot, but it definitely wasn’t so warm that you couldn’t breathe as sometimes it gets. Want to add this Saturday class to my rotation. Gorgeous studio and good vibe.

I took a hiatus due to surgery and Justin reminded me exactly what the purpose, foundation, and meaning of Yoga was during his instruction/practice.
