alle Bewertungen anzeigenFelt super comfortable during class, as someone who hasn’t moved their body in quite some time! instructor was wonderful, unfortunately I can’t remember their name but they were super accommodating. they always provided modifications if you needed help to stretch a certain way. the heat isn’t horrible but you definitely will be sweating at the end of the class. would definitely visit again!

Very restorative and gentle while also pushing your flexibility and mental stability. Lisa also had lovely opening words about opening your heart center that made me tear up and deep rooting deep during shavasana that felt so grounding. Will be back anytime I need a more intentional yoga moment in my day.
