I clicked an ad for a free pain relief class promising results and signed up for the initial “clarity call.” Of course I was skeptical but I figured I’d see where it led. To be honest, the initial call felt a little vague and ‘sales-y’ but I am SO GLAD I pushed through that and gave it a chance. Enqing could tell right away that I needed 1:1 support and recommended starting off with a 90 min paid consultation. I decided to just start out with the free group class and I enjoyed it so much that I did the 90 min consult the next day, and signed up for more sessions right after that. After just the free group class I was already more aware of my breathing. I woke up sore (in a good way) from activating muscles I normally don’t. After the 90 min consult I physically felt more relaxed and in less pain, pretty much just from breathing exercises! The coolest thing was that after leaving the studio, I didn’t want to stop moving my body (which is never the case lol). I took a long walk after class just be cause it felt good to do so. This was on a cold, rainy Feb day fyi. Enqing has a great energy and the studio is clean and pleasant. Im so excited to see where I am after more sessions. Highly recommend checking them out!
