Every instructor here is top tier- they remember everyone’s names, explain everything in detail and are always correcting your form so you do the movements correctly. They’re all so professional and you can tell they have tons of experience. I can feel my core getting stronger and I love that barre doesn’t make me feel puffy/inflamed like HIIT or weight lifting does. If you’re debating giving this a try do it!!!

Although I did enjoy the playlist, I did notice other classmates in the back like me who were also having trouble seeing/hearing the instructor from the back. I enjoyed the yoga sequence as well. Also very nice studio, there is street parking and a municipal parking lot at the corner of the block. You must remove your shoes upon entering studio and they have lots of cubbies to place your belongings in. Overall I enjoyed my experience and would come again! 😊
