    Lauren was a great instructor! It was my first time at Bodyrok and she was very approachable and explained the machine to me before class. i STRUGGLED in this class and my whole body is sore this next day but it was an amazing workout. I would appreciate a few more cues on weight distribution / form for complete newbies like me but most in the class seemed like regulars. I will definitely be back!

    I love Lagree! Angela and Andrea are so sweet and patient, I also love their energy. There is another instructor whose classes I find to be a bit aggressive with her mic and the music pretty loud. Otherwise I just really wish they had more classpass openings, I would go every day!
