The studio has an unusual layout, it was my first time and had to ask a couple times to understand where things were (changing rooms, the actual studio etc.) would recommend they give a more thorough overview of the studio layout/amenities for first timers.

She also always verbally stated what area we are targeting which is essential to get the most out of any exercise. Highly recommend her classes!
