Currently the class is a little too intense for me on the hips, but that doesn't stop me from going, I just do everything a little less or slower. And it's such a delight to be able to work out *with* your baby. It makes planning your day and finally getting some precious me-time in so much easier. I'd love for them to add a baby+me class to their weekend schedule.

Enige verbeterpunt wat ik kan bedenken is de shavasana van 1 minuut. Die voelt te kort na zo'n intense les. Vaak blijft ik langer liggen (5-10min), maar de rest vd mensen begint wel met opruimen en paar minuten later gaan ze ook gewoon om je heen dweilen. Daardoor een wat onrustig einde. Wellicht is het mogelijk om de lessen 75min te maken, zodat er wat tijd is om bij te komen?
