To add/discover your own style is challenging when not used to. The instructor helped with guiding that, while making the given sequences your own. The class felt good and asked for more so will definitely join again.

It takes a while to get adjusted but because the studio is also small, she can pay close attention to us and helped whenever somebody struggled. Ik was het zelf enkel gewend van rond de paal te ´draaien’ en niet van statische trucjes aan de paal te doen. In deze les kreeg ik een verscheidenheid aan oefeningen aangereikt.
