see all reviewsFirst, about the space easy to get too plenty of parking, I was lucky found a space in the front of building only 3 bucks.. the studio has two spaces one dedicated for cycle which I took and another that is specific for strength (weights) and a stretch class. The Grind is modern, clean and probably the nicest studio I have been too. Second, Cycle was amazing the instructor offered plenty of modifications but what I love is how hard she pushed us. When I walked out of class everyone was talking about how hard the class was but we were all giving each other high fives.. Great community. I 100% will be comming back and highly recommend you give this group a try.

I struggled with the format of the workout because you are in a gym doing stations using equipment that’s also used by other people, so it can take quite a while to get through a workout.
