    Christian is a great instructor! Very friendly and supportive. He checked in to ensure I was okay and also helped me correct my alignment to maximize my work out. Great environment and very supportive people as well. A few people notice it might’ve been my first time and assisted me the entire time. VERY sweet and welcoming environment. I would also it’s very diverse. You have people of all ages, shapes/sizes, and backgrounds.

    Came here for the first time. The front desk receptionist was extremely helpful and nice. She walked me through the entire process and got me set up on my bike. I took the HipHop class w/ Meg Heaton and the class was absolutely AMAZING! Meg is sooooo nice and energetic. She keeps you smiling and energetic the entire time. She’s very engaging and overall an amazing instructor! The playlist was pretty dope as well! I highly recommend taking one of her classes. I will definitely return.

    I thought Ruth did a really nice job targeting the full body and ensuring proper breathing and technique throughout. I liked that this class didn't have a super intense pace, it felt more relaxing though still challenged my joints and balance. It was a great class!

    Lori is extremely acknowledged of the body’s anatomy. You can tell she is very passionate about what she does. I enjoyed the class a lot. It allowed me to focuses in on certain parts of my body and understand how different parts of my body interact with one another. Very informational class!

    Great challenging class. Sophie Van. was SUPER energetic and also incorporated a little bit of humor as well. She is an excellent passionate teacher. Loved the class and the work out. It’s a little challenging BUT it’s not unobtainable. It’s accessible you just have to truly put in the work to reap the benefits. I really like the theme of having red lights, it makes you feel a little more isolated and not feel like all eyes are on you when it’s fluorescent lighting. I think the red light makes you feel more energetic and more likely to push yourself a little harder.

    What a great workout! Kris was enthusiastic throughout the class, as was everyone. The music was great and the workout itself was super intense and will def leave me sore tomorrow. Facilities are also nice with plenty of showers, lockers, etc. Can’t wait to go back!
