Joanne was very intentional with her language and kept an eye on everyone's form. One of the moves was so difficult to hold, but everything else was doable and felt like a full-body workout. My only issue is that there was another class going on at the same time in the same room, which made it somewhat difficult to hear Joanne.

I am not amazing at Pilates because I tend to sprinkle it in randomly to my routine, and I feel some classes can be intimidating. The instructor and the actual people in the class were SOOO friendly, sweet, and encouraging. I will 100% be back I highly recommend this class for any level!
