Surprisingly, there was even a trainer who could speak Indonesian, which made the experience even more comfortable. The training sessions are compact and well-structured, making them perfect for beginners. What impressed me the most, though, was how incredibly clean the place is. The gym is spotless, and the AC is nice and cold—such a refreshing experience after a good workout! Overall, I really enjoyed training here and felt very well taken care of. Highly recommended, especially for beginners!

It was my first time doing kickboxing, and they actually taught me properly from scratch.
