Very early on she could tell I was very flexible so she also encouraged me to trust in myself and pushed me out of my comfort zone a little bit more. I had the best sleep after the class cause o was able to relax all the tension in my body!

She paid attention to everyone’s form and went around to correct us when needed and always checked in if everyone was doing okay. Pace of the class was manageable and the exercises done provided a good stretch and relaxation!
