Working out in LA is super expensive, but when you work out with her, you not only get your moneys worth, but you're also getting a fantastic workout that doesn't sacrifice form + safety. Great facility with lots of space and enough equipment. Class was held in the loft, not in the “CrossFit” area, which may be less intimidating for some people.

The class was a good challenge, a lot happening and sometimes hard to hear the instructions but the vibe is positive and fun. The parking validates for 90mins, which is enough for the class but not enough if you want to shower afterwards. the parking structure is expensive ($3/15 mins) if you go past the validation time.
