Just finished my first class with Professor Andrew at Kaizen. This is my first time doing jj in 7 years and I was quite nervous coming back from my initial injury from long ago. He was very attentive to my situation and very welcoming. His attention to detail and quality instruction make it perfect for the beginner and advanced student. Everyone was super chill and def will be back.

this was definitely not what I expected- but the vibes are immaculate. It seems like there’s a very big group of regulars class attendees who know the choreography very well. It’s a bit overwhelming and confusing as a first timer, there’s not much instruction but you can pick it up after a bit. Everyone gets really into the class and you’ll definitely work up a sweat.
