The studio is brand new, large, super clean, well organized, and has everything you need to train mixed martial arts. I felt like a kid in a candy store. The gym also includes two heavy bags, a squat rack, sets of dumbbells & kettlebells, and all kinds of accessories. Parking is in the private gated lot. There are two mat spaces and two bathrooms. They have a separate shower most gyms do not have. Hanny is very friendly, personable, and full of knowledge. She helped me dissected each combo with patience and clear communication. She's a great coach and amazing human being. Hanny made one hour seem priceless.

alle Bewertungen anzeigenWhat I liked was that it was a good workout, it was tough and I was sweating like crazy which is what I want. The instructor is NOT for everyone though. He is very impatient and gets irritated if you don’t get it. The other women there didn’t seem to mind being LITERALLY pushed around by him or just don’t tell him anything. He seems like he is playing with them, I do not like seeing that at all. I dont mind the yelling and pushing us to go harder, I welcome that, but I am uncomfortable with the physical poking and pushing. But the workout is tough and will definitely work you out!

I just wish there were less talking and constant jokes. it's great to lighten the mood in the class but not take up the actual focus of it all. I also found it strange that the instructor played Beetles for the entire class. it's great during warmups or introductions but throughout the entire lesson feels contradictory to the actual training session of martial arts.
