Energy was HIGH, there was no jumping which I personally love because that’s just hard for me these days. And she was very encouraging & honestly fun. I will definitely take her class again

alle Bewertungen anzeigenGreat workout overall—you definitely sweat a lot! The instructor is kind. One area for improvement would be the pacing, as the flow of class felt a bit rushed at times. I also think the class could benefit from incorporating the ab section earlier or midway through the workout, since I was pretty exhausted by the end and couldn’t engage my core as effectively. A little more vocal energy and enthusiasm from the instructor would also help elevate the overall experience. That said, it was a challenging and effective workout, and I left feeling like I got a great sweat in.

From the moment class started, the energy was high and the flow was intentional throughout the class. I am a beginner and was nervous to join, but everyone made me feel so welcomed. Kelly has a way of motivating you even when you want to tap out. Her playlist was on point all throughout the class. This was my first class with Kelly and it won’t be my last!
