I felt like she has been the most inclusive of all teachers at this studios so far that I’ve tried. She was mindful of everyone at all levels of practice. I really appreciated that and felt more grace towards myself when I couldn’t always hold the poses I wanted. I was happy I was given other options.

Very welcoming nature to ask questions and be moved into more correct positions. Heated class was very manageable compared to other studios I’ve been to.

alle Bewertungen anzeigenNaz was a really good instructor! The staff was very nice - was so worried my mom and I showed 2 mins late, but they have a 5-min grace period. They also have a complimentary mat rental on your first time! We rushed and put our stuff away and they helped place us in the few open spaces left. Blocks for the class are stored behind the doors at the back of the class. Didn’t have time to get any because we didn’t want to disturb class, but others in the class can get up at any time to take a quick breather outside. My mom was actually sweating (she never sweats) without the blocks tho, so it was in the end: a very good workout without blocks!
