Each reformer has a number on the bottom. You grab a set of weights and make sure you have your own grip socks. We worked out all muscle groups and this was doable for beginners but still felt the burn! It was a really good workout. Highly recommend

From start to finish, her energy was contagious, and she kept us motivated with an upbeat playlist that perfectly matched the intensity of the ride. Jeanine’s coaching style is both encouraging and challenging, pushing you to give your best while ensuring you feel supported throughout the workout. The class was well-structured, with a great mix of sprints, climbs, and endurance work, making it a full-body burn that left me feeling accomplished. Her attention to form and personalized feedback also made a big difference in my performance. If you're looking for a high-energy, fun, and challenging spin session, I highly recommend taking Jeanine’s class. I'll definitely be back for more!

alle Bewertungen anzeigenAmazing workout and really good instructor. I found it incredibly difficult however I’m also at a more beginner level with my fitness journey. You definitely workout every muscle and will break a sweat with the heated room. I recommend having a long towel for your yoga mat - for me my hands and feet kept slipping so a long towel to go over your mat will help. Definitely bring water, hand towel, long towel for mat, and yoga mat. I recommend arriving 15 min early to grab a spot in any of the front rows. I was at the back and it was very hard sometimes to see what moves the instructor was doing. So if you can sit up front i think it would make a big difference

alle Bewertungen anzeigenI think Liz is one of the best mat pilates instructors, from now on i will always look for her class. She builds up the moves in a way that’s easy to follow and understand. The workout was intense and challenging especially with the heat. Be prepared to sweat A LOT. This is such a great workout and Liz’s routine is perfect to tone and loose weight. The other pilates classes here (Tru hot Pilates) are too intense for me cuz they are bootcamp/cardio based - this mat pilates is the perfect alternative without the cardio but still very intense and focused on working your core and every muscle. I highly recommend this class and Liz!

As a beginner she was very patient with me and made sure that i was understanding everything. The studio is super clean, cute, and cozy. TRX is such a great workout and something that I’ve enjoyed the most - if you do it regularly you will definitely gain a lot of strength. It’s not a cardio heavy class but you will work every muscle. You will definitely be sore the next day!

The owner is super she greets you when you walk in, helps set up your equipment, check in on you to see how you’re doing, and she will provide a towel and water. She is very attentive and helpful. The music is great, the environment is relaxing, and you push yourself as far as you want. Totally will come back again, thank you!!
