She cares about making sure you have the proper form. After the class, our bodies felt nice and loose. Highly recommend this class with Simone!! :)

She was such a great instructor, very hands on and even fixed my form to make sure I was doing it correctly. Definitely would take her class again! Sort of nervous to feel the soreness in 2 days hahaha

The class instead did not feel like a full class – it was a demo where the class sat and watched, then we would spend a few minutes in the movement. Then back to another demo watching. Would be a great class for beginners, and the instructor was great, but wish the class description was more accurate.

Filled with core, weighted arm series, spicy plank series to glutes, cardio burst with repetition to get the heart rate up, an all together flow and a HOTT core finisher. What more could you want?! Everyone walked out sweatyyy. Eric is fantastic with demonstration/ cues/ and options. Has become a fav local instructor!

I’ve booked it a few weeks in a row though I have endless options thru classpass. For this back and abs class, come ready to sweat and WORK! I traditionally weight lift/do calisthenics but Mario is tough on us, in the best way possible. The playlist is always on point. Your core and back will be sore the next few days and your arms will be shaking during, but it’s all worth it.

I’ve only done 2 Beginner Reformer classes at Core Pilates before this so I didn’t really know what I was getting myself into. The overall place and aesthetic was beautiful and clean and Amber working at the Front Desk was so sweet! Gigi was my instructor and she was great!!! I loved her energy and the exercises she had us do. I did get really light headed halfway through the workout and had to step outside for a few minutes and Amber offered me a cold water with an electrolyte packet to help. After class I really enjoyed the cold lavender towel she gave us and Gigi asked us how we all felt as we were leaving. I will definitely be booking another Hot Mat Pilates class with her again! 😊✨

alle Bewertungen anzeigenFirst Pilates class done — and I absolutely loved it ✨ I went in thinking it would be light and easy, but it turned out to be way more challenging in the best way. I could feel muscles I didn’t even realize I had, especially my core and hips. It’s not the kind of workout that leaves you drenched in sweat, but it’s a deep, controlled burn that really makes you focus on breathing and body alignment. What I loved most is how it feels gentle on the body but still incredibly effective. There’s a lot of stretching, strengthening, and control all at once. After class, I felt lighter, taller, and more aligned — like my whole body had been “reset.” The instructor was super attentive and helped adjust my form throughout the class, which made me feel really safe as a beginner. It was challenging, but not overwhelming at all. Honestly didn’t expect to like it this much… but now I already want to go back 🤍

Juanis does an amazing job. she focused on form and encourages you to listen to your body, which is something you should do anyway.
