I always leave feeling like Iāve worked hard and achieved something. Eloise is also brilliant at communicating throughout the class and is so attentive when it comes to helping with form and technique. She explains things clearly, gives really helpful corrections, and makes sure you feel supported while still pushing you to improve. You can really tell how passionate and knowledgeable she is, and her classes are always something I look forward to. I couldnāt recommend Eloise highly enough!

They are perfect for me going twice a week , I always come away feeling like I have pushed myself and tested myself in new ways. Each class has high energy and Leo will motivate you to try your hardest whilst giving modifications if you flag pain or if he sees you struggling. His classes make me excited to exercise and I look forward to them š¤øš»
