alle Bewertungen anzeigenThis class was a little different from other vinyasa classes I’ve attended, but I know the instructor and as each teacher every one has their own approach. She is absolutely great, but she will push you further than the average teacher in an encouraging way! Also it is hotter than most vinyasas classes. But I would and will attend again! There is no intimidation or judgement, just acceptance and love…

alle Bewertungen anzeigenThis class was just what I needed, great restorative class! I will say, with it being my first time ever at this studio, I was VERY confused at where to go. From the street, it just looks like a big empty room, and there’s no sign on the door saying where to enter or anything. Thank goodness another person showed up and I followed her. You have to take your shoes off downstairs and then walk upstairs to the studio, but again, I had no idea with it being my first time. The teacher was great, and the class was great though!
