I really enjoyed the class. As someone who hasn’t done yoga in a while I was a little lost at times but you go at your own pace so it was nice not to feel like I was doing something wrong. Karen was awesome, I loved her vibe! Great class! I would definitely do it again.

    Candlelit Slow Flow

It was nice to find an adult contemporary class for beginners! I have not danced for years and this class had it all, artistic warm up, a little it of ballet focus, choreography both standing and on the floor! Don’t be shy to ask for modifications if needed. (:

Megan is such a fun and great leader. Her classes are challenging but doable and will have you leaving there happy you attended. Do NOT go if you’re hungover, especially if it’s your first time. You’ll be miserable!!! My best advice is make sure you’re hydrated and feeling good so that you can get the best results. The community there is really friendly and welcoming too. Highly recommend!!!

    Candlelight Yin

The space was dreamy & lit with candlelight. Alex led us through 75 minutes deep relaxation and release through yin yoga. Her presence is deeply calming & her cues connect the breath with the body throughout the journey.

    Slow Flow with Sarah

Sarah’s class is one of the best yoga classes I’ve participated in. I did yoga as a kid, then fell out of it throughout my teenage years. When I moved out of state and experienced the many transitions of life after college I was lucky enough to find a community in Handy Yoga, and a friend in Sarah. If you’re looking for a loving community that will meet you where you’re at rather than push you to be something other than yourself, I highly recommend trying out a class at Handy Yoga. It’s a wonderfully healing environment where you can show up as yourself each and every time. I struggle with anxiety and depression, and the gentle yoga classes are exactly what I needed to help me find my way back to myself. Thank you Sarah!!!
