The class provided supportive challenges and individual help. I'll definitely be back! The parking in the center is annoying, but if you allow yourself a bit of extra time it's very manageable.

I left the class feeling refreshed and energized. the class was held during lunchtime, which was perfect for a mid-day session. They provided all the necessary equipment, and the fact that it was held in a shop added a unique touch. Highly recommended!
