    The workout itself was great, but I did not enjoy the environment without an AC in Houston summer. Also, prepare to run outside under the sun. I would have prepared for sunscreen to apply beforehand if I had known that I would need to run outside.

    Lower Body - Level 1

    I finally found a Pilates strength class near my workplace. After discovering this new class on classpass, I decided to give it a shot. I showed up at 9:30am for my session with Jules. The one-on-one experience was fantastic, and I am extremely thankful for stumbling upon this class. The session is structured with 30 minutes of strength training using top-notch equipment and emphasizing proper form, followed by 30 minutes of Pilates. Jules, my trainer, provided valuable guidance on form and offered excellent tips. The main objective here is to offer a variety of class options while prioritizing small groups to ensure individual attention from the trainer. Location is a little tricky, it's on the west end corner of building. Overall I didn't want the class to end! I would have liked it if we had more or extra time for Pilates.
