alle Bewertungen anzeigenOmg she's amazing. I went to a class, and it just so happened that everyone else had canceled, so I ended up with a private class. Throughout the class she was correcting my poses or giving me better ways to sink into poses. I have been out of practice for a decade, and my body is very different from before so it was super helpful to be able to get the deep stretches with the minor adjustments she was giving me. I definitely recommend going to her. Best yoga class I've ever had.
