It really pushed me out of my comfort zone because I didn’t know what I was doing and I felt uncomfortable but excited because I learn best out of my comfort zone. The front desk was very helpful in going over the membership with me. Also the protein bars were super good the best I’ve ever tasted lol I’m excited to try the other classes.

I chose to try out this gym primarily to learn self-defense, as I've always had an interest in martial arts. The atmosphere was inviting, and I felt both comfortable and confident trying out jiu jitsu. I loved the experience and look forward to returning.

I feel like I learn so much when I am there and it’s an amazing workout… I don’t even feel like I’m working out because I’m having so much fun!

I have a slight background in kickboxing training and just wanted to try out another MMA form. As the only female in the gym that class i felt very comfortable. I absolutely loved the class and will be back! Truly believe it is a great workout with added on self defense techniques!

It is a fast paced class and you need to come ready to workout. The coaches were very helpful and quick to explain how to get into the routine. Would recommend to come with some basic boxing knowledge to really enjoy the class and get the most out of it. It’s at 10/10 for me
